This headland offers interesting sailing conditions at the intersection of Corio Bay and the main bay. The prevailing wind comes from the southwest to west in summer. The headland provides good exposure to prevailing winds. The water is shallow with a sandy bottom. Flat water conditions are good in the bay. The best season is from November to March. The spot is suitable for beginners and intermediates. The water is cold, a wetsuit is required. Geelong offers all amenities nearby.]]>
