<![CDATA[Mandalay Beach is a kitesurfing spot located in D'Entrecasteaux National Park on the south coast of Western Australia. This wild and remote beach takes its name from the wreck of the ship Mandalay that ran aground here. The setting is spectacular with massive dunes and a pristine coastline. Prevailing south to southwest winds blow on this coast exposed to the Southern Ocean. Conditions are powerful and wild, reserved for expert riders. Waves and currents are significant. Access is via 4WD tracks in the national park. The spot is extremely remote with no services or phone reception. Never sail alone. Rescue services are several hours away by road.]]>
