Overview

La Pared is a kitesurf spot located on the northwest coast of Margarita Island, in the state of Nueva Esparta, Venezuela, very close to La Carmela. The name means "the wall," referring to the cliff that borders the beach. The northeast trade winds blow between 15 and 25 knots from December to May. The spot is exposed to waves, offering kite-wave conditions for wave enthusiasts. The spot is recommended for advanced to expert riders due to the waves, current and proximity to the cliff.
