My Hoa is a lagoon in the Phan Rang area (Vietnam), presented as the region's main spot: a coral reef about 1 km from the shore flattens the water, with waves beyond. The north-east monsoon blows from November to April; a commercial guide gives a north or north-east wind averaging about 25 knots, with gusts close to 40 at the peak, a high season from October to April and a peak from December to March. Cam Ranh airport is about 60 km away.
