Cat Bay is a point break on Phillip Island (Victoria). According to forum threads (2010 and 2019), it is kitesurfed in a south-westerly, for advanced kiters only, and windsurfed in a straight south-westerly on the point. Waves and gusts near the headland in a southerly.
