Palanga (Baltic, Lithuania): a University of Gdańsk guide lists windsurfing and kiting, with prevailing north-west to west wind, east being offshore; for beginners and experienced riders, with local surf schools. Shallow water, sandy bottom. The guide places the spots a few km north of the centre (Kunigiškės, Monciškės); the main beach is very busy in summer. The GPS point (lifeguard station) is not confirmed as a kite spot.
