Overview

Storhogna is a snowkite spot located in the mountains of Jamtland, in central Sweden, at an altitude of 822 metres. This mountain spot offers vast open spaces for snowkiting in winter. Mountain wind conditions are variable but often sustained. The large snowy plateaus offer ideal terrain for snowkiting with quality snow from December to April. The terrain allows finding areas suited to different levels. Jamtland is one of the best regions in Sweden for snowkiting thanks to its vast open spaces and reliable snow cover. Storhogna is a ski resort that also offers accommodation and dining.
