Overview

Port Vincent is a kitesurfing spot located on the east coast of the Yorke Peninsula in South Australia, in Gulf St Vincent. It is a popular seaside village that offers calm, sheltered sailing conditions. The dominant wind comes from the southwest in summer. Port Vincent bay is well protected and the waters are shallow and calm. The bottom is sandy. It is an excellent spot for beginners thanks to the safe conditions. The best season is from November to March. The spot is suitable for beginners. Port Vincent has a campground, marina, shops and restaurants. It is a family holiday destination on the Yorke Peninsula.
