Access via 12th Avenue leads directly to the vast sandy beach stretching for miles. Seaside is known for its Promenade boardwalk and lively tourist atmosphere. Very busy tourist area: maximum attention to swimmers, walkers, children, and dogs on the beach. Very cold water risking hypothermia. Coastal fog that can reduce visibility. Respect swimming zones and local kitesurfing regulations.
