Overview

Paaltjes is a kitesurfing spot located in the Erongo region of Namibia, in the Walvis Bay area. This spot on the Atlantic Ocean offers sailing conditions in the Walvis Bay lagoon. The south/southwest winds are very constant and strong thanks to the Benguela Current. The water is cold (around 14 degrees C). The lagoon offers ideal flat water for speed and progression. Spot suited to intermediate riders.
