Wide favourable arc: S/SSW/SW/WSW/W/WNW/NW/NNW (existing rose) plus N (50%). Consistent Celtic Sea depression winds (200+ days/year). Summer: light 8-15kt — foil/large kites recommended July-August. Large tidal range: offshore currents to consider when riding far from shore. Goémon present — watch lines at water's edge.
North Finistère: large tidal range (>8m), offshore currents increase with distance from shore. Goémon on the beaches — line-catching risk. Rocky reefs visible at low water — check the area before each session. Never ride alone. Nearby Kerlouan/Guissény coast: well known among local sailors for complex conditions.
