Wind specificities

Works W to NE. Emeraude Kite: NW wind at high tide only (2h before and after high water — unique window). W-NW best for swell and waves. NE-E for flat water/side wind. Rocks on both sides — wind can be disrupted by the cove geometry. Prefer mid to low tide for more regular conditions.

Hazards

Relatively narrow beach — cohabitation with surfers, windsurfers and swimmers requires careful space management. Rocky areas on both flanks — stay in the central sandy zone. NW wind at high tide: unique window (2h before and after high water) but narrow space. Check local rules.
