Overview

Long Bay is a popular beach on Auckland's North Shore, located in a regional park. This long east-facing sandy beach offers an open water area on the Hauraki Gulf, suitable for intermediates. NE and E winds create onshore to side-shore conditions. Long Bay Regional Park offers a pleasant natural setting with coastal hiking trails. The beach is patrolled in summer. Parking available in the park.
