Rockfish Surf Supply

Rockfish Surf Supply is a small surf shop in Masset on Haida Gwaii, in northern British Columbia. It is a recent project aimed at filling the surf shop gap on the islands, with surf essentials, cold-water wetsuits (Xcel among others) and its own merchandise.

The shop is at 119 Sangan Drive, and the website says to follow the wood chip path to reach it. It opens on Saturdays from 12 to 4 pm (from October 31) and by appointment. An online shop offers local pick-up or shipping.

A rental service runs year round: Softech soft-top surfboards for beginners, inflatable paddleboards, boogie boards and 5/4 mm wetsuits, booked online and by appointment. Local riders get discounts (40% for youth, 15% for adults). Rentals are unavailable October 13 to 25.
