Curtis Sport Connection

Curtis Sport Connection is a water and snow sports shop in Hamburg, just south of Buffalo and close to Lake Erie. It is run by Doug, a certified instructor, and sells new and used gear for windsurfing, wing foiling, foiling, kiteboarding and paddling, plus ski and snowboard equipment for the winter.

Windsurfing is the deepest department: sails, boards, masts, booms, harnesses, extensions, accessories and foil boards. The shop also stocks wings, foils and kiteboarding gear. Brands on the shelves include Duotone, Ezzy, Fanatic, Goya, Naish, NeilPryde, Slingshot and Starboard. It also repairs boards, sails and wings, and sells used equipment, sometimes on consignment.

Windsurfing and wing foiling lessons are given by appointment, depending on the weather, with a dry-land simulator and wide learning boards. They suit beginners and experienced riders, as private or group sessions. The shop also ships gear with UPS, USPS and FedEx.
