STS Sport Trend Shop

STS Sport Trend Shop, run by Sport-Trend-Shop AG, is a large sports store that has been based in Hinwil, in the Zurich Oberland, for more than fifty years. Alongside fashion, cycling, mountain and winter sports, it devotes a full department to water sports (kitesurfing, wingfoiling, windsurfing, stand up paddle and wakeboarding), staffed by a team of five, four of whom specialise in kiting and windsurfing.

For kitesurfing, the store sells Core and Duotone kites, plus Harlem kites and boards, added to the range in 2025; boards range from Duotone twin-tips to Core and Duotone kite surfboards, with bars and accessories. For wingfoiling there are Core, Gaastra and NeilPryde wings, Duotone foils sold as separate parts (masts, fuselages, wing sets) and foil boards. Harnesses, wetsuits and accessories come mainly from Mystic, Prolimit, ION, Ride Engine and O'Neill; windsurfing is covered by Duotone, Tabou, Fanatic and Severne.

The range is presented in the "Wassersport Aktionen 2026" catalogue and in an online shop dedicated to water sports. A test centre lets customers take a kite and bar for a day or a weekend before buying, and the team publishes its own gear reviews, such as its test of the Duotone Skybrid D/LAB foil board in February 2026. The store does not offer lessons.
