Centro Surf Shop

Centro Surf is a board sports shop on Via Cecchi in Genoa, presented as the first of its kind in Liguria. It covers 'on board' sports: kiteboarding, windsurfing, surfing, bodyboarding, skimboarding, stand up paddle, wakeboarding, flowboarding, skateboarding and snowboarding, with new and used equipment, clothing and a repair service.

The shop is run by Stefano Ferrando, a former member of the national windsurf team and kite instructor, who is sports and commercial manager of all departments. The shop says it began promoting kitesurfing in Italy in 1998 by opening the country's first school.

Today, Centro Surf's Kitesurfing Academy is a certified school authorised to issue certifications for all levels, from student to assistant instructor, and recognised by Naish Kite Italia. All equipment is provided during lessons. A virtual tour of the shop is available on the website.
