Véloce Kitesurf & Wing

Véloce is a business based at Gap-Tallard airfield (Hautes-Alpes), best known for its skydiving school and paragliding activity. Its kitesurf and wing side includes a shop with an online store, a repair workshop and test centres at Lake Serre-Ponçon.

The shop advises on and sells foil (ram-air) and inflatable kitesurf kites, wings, foils, bars, lines and accessories, for the brands Flysurfer, Gin Kiteboarding and Duotone (kites and wings) and Ketos and AFS (foils). Véloce presents itself as a Ketos and AFS test centre at Lake Serre-Ponçon.

The workshop, run by Damien Sorlin, repairs foil and inflatable kites and wings, replaces bridles, fits bars, checks fabric porosity and strength, and makes foil bags. According to its website, Flysurfer and Gin name it as an official repair centre for France and Europe.

Airfield reception: Monday to Friday 8:30 am – 4:00 pm, weekends 8:00 am – 12:00 pm (in season).
