The Corner Shop Boulogne

The Corner Shop is a board-sports retailer founded in 1998, specialised in kitesurfing, wingfoiling, wakeboarding, surfing and stand-up paddle. After running a shop in Paris's 5th arrondissement (rue des Ecoles, now permanently closed), the team moved in 2023 to a new store in Boulogne-Billancourt.

The shop is at 28 rue de l'Est in Boulogne-Billancourt. It is open Tuesday to Saturday, 11 am to 1 pm and 2 pm to 7 pm. The team, made up of riders, tests the gear it sells and advises customers; the store manager, Moacir, is a kite specialist and a former instructor.

The store covers kitesurfing (kites, bars, twin-tips and surfkites, kitefoil, harnesses), wing and foil (wings, rigid and inflatable boards, foils, parawing, pumping and dockstart), wakeboarding, surfing, SUP, surfskate, electric-assist foils, wetsuits and surfwear. A second-hand section, equipment rental (kitesurf, wing, surf, wakeboard) and trade-in complete the offer, along with online sales and delivery.

Brands highlighted on the website include Duotone, F-One, Slingshot, Armstrong, Manera, Mystic, Rip Curl, Sooruz and Dakine.

Tuesday to Saturday: 11 am - 1 pm and 2 pm - 7 pm.
