Sumatra Surf Resort

Sumatra Surf Resort is a relaxed surf resort at Tanjung Setia, about 30 km from Krui in southern Sumatra (Lampung). It faces Ujung Bocur, the longest and best left-hand reef break in the region, with waves ranging from heavy barrels to long walls with rides of over 200 m.

The Indonesian-style bungalows are air conditioned with hot water. The resort also has a swimming pool, free wifi, a lookout tower, a beach deck with a bar and a surf guide who takes guests to other breaks along the coast (Way Jambu, Jenny's, Krui Left, Mandiri Beach).

A Learn to Surf section offers 90-minute group lessons at two levels, in groups of up to eight people, with equipment supplied. Tours and excursions are also available.
