Pousada Villa Aloha - Kitesurf School Patos

Pousada Villa Aloha is a kitesurfers' hotel on Patos beach, in the municipality of Itarema (Ceará), on Brazil's Costa dos Ventos. It houses a kitesurf school whose lessons are given by an IKO instructor.

The school has a storage and rinsing area for gear. Lesson equipment is described as recent and regularly checked. The Patos site groups several spots, most reachable on foot; for the farthest ones (a little over a kilometre) the hotel's buggy drops kitesurfers and their gear.

Beginners learn in shallow, flat water; experienced riders can take supervised sessions (launch and landing help, assistance). The pousada also organises tailor-made downwinds and trips along the coast.
