Paracuru Kite Village

Paracuru Kite Village is a pousada at the foot of the Paracuru dunes (Ceará), facing a protected natural park, close to the town centre and the beach. It says it has been operating for about ten years and is used to hosting action-sports travellers.

For kitesurfers it offers an area to store, maintain and wash gear, taxis arranged to the kite spot, kite lessons with IKO instructors (full equipment, in English, French, Portuguese, Italian and Spanish, single lessons or courses), downwinds and kite trips by buggy or 4x4, and a link to professionals who repair damaged kites. A multilingual team, pool, wifi and breakfast are included.

The website describes the Paracuru spot with 20 to 30 knot winds from July to February, waves at high tide and flat water at low tide.
