School Presentation
Cap Nord is a kitesurfing and wingfoiling school based in Neufchâtel-Hardelot on the Opal Coast. Lessons take place on Hardelot beach or at sea from the port of Boulogne-sur-Mer, where the school has a boat, depending on the weather and the aims of the session.
The instructor, Théotime Trouart, is from Hardelot. He holds the BPJEPS GADA qualification and gained experience in Brittany and abroad at major spots: Tarifa, Fuerteventura and north-east Brazil. Lessons are given in French and English, with three students per instructor, radio communication, insurance and latest-generation equipment included.
For both kitesurfing and wingfoiling the school uses Duotone equipment and Flysurfer foil kites, suited to beginners and light-wind days. For each discipline it offers an introductory session, multi-lesson packages up to independence, an improvement lesson, supervised sailing and, for experienced riders, a downwind session, plus gift vouchers.
The school is open 7 days a week, 9 am to 8 pm, and can be booked online or by phone, preferably by phone for last-minute bookings.
