Centre nautique Paul Vatine (CNPV) is located on the terre-plein of the northern pier in Le Havre. It offers sailing (catamaran), kitesurf, wingfoil and stand up paddle, plus a sea garden, group bookings and regatta organisation (keelboats and multihulls).
Activities are led by instructors described as qualified. Since August 2026 the centre is announced as a territorial performance-access catamaran club. Booking is online, and the centre welcomes the public all year round.
