Kite's Cool

Kite's Cool is a kitesurf and wingfoil school based on the beach of Saint-Michel-en-Grève, in the bay of Plestin-les-Grèves, and has been running since 2007. The spot, several kilometres long, has a sandy bottom with no rocks or swell, and is described as quiet and usable in any wind direction.

Lessons are given in small groups of 3 students per instructor, in shallow water, each student having an individual radio to receive the instructor's advice. A rigid inflatable boat equipped with a kitesurf, kitefoil and wingfoil simulator is used for deep-water exercises. The school offers 2.5-hour group lessons, private lessons and supervised sailing for more independent riders, as well as kayak and paddle rental.

The school is open from March to November; booking is done through an online registration form or by phone.
