École de surf Moby Dick

The Moby Dick surf school, "the first surf school in Camaret since 2012", was founded by brothers Philippe and Nicolas Bossard, who have surfed since the early 1990s. It gives lessons in Camaret-sur-Mer (Pen Hat beach, Kerloch) and on the Crozon peninsula.

Each session starts with safety reminders and a beach warm-up, with the aim of making surfers autonomous and aware of ocean risks. The offer includes discovery sessions, one-week courses from Monday to Friday (5 sessions), private lessons and family rates on request; wetsuit, board and insurance are provided.

The school also offers a package of accommodation and surf lessons in a guest house in Morgat, a 5-minute walk from the village and the beach. Lesson times depend on the tides; the local directory lists an April to November opening.
