École Kite de Rhuys

École Kite de Rhuys, shown on its website as Kite2Rhuys, teaches kitesurfing and wing foiling on the Rhuys peninsula, in Sarzeau (Morbihan). It is run by Erwan, who has kitesurfed for over twenty years, recently joined by his brother Mikhael as second instructor.

The programme covers kitesurf initiation and improvement (jumps and tricks), wing foil lessons with a recommended step through towed foiling, and towed boarding. Lessons take place from the beach or offshore with rigid inflatable boats, with live radio advice and gift vouchers available.

The school is mobile: the spot changes with wind and tide, between Landrézac beach and Penvins point. There are no lessons in northerly winds; schedules are sent by SMS the evening before around 8 pm.

Kitesurf equipment is provided with wetsuit, harness, vest and helmet (booties are not supplied); the site mentions Eleveight, Slingshot, Flysurfer and Gong. Erwan holds a BPJEPS in aerotowed sports and a STAPS degree in sport management; Mikhael earned the same BPJEPS in 2024. The school is open from March to November.
