Maximum Glisse

Maximum Glisse is a sailing, kitesurfing and wingfoiling school on the island of Noirmoutier, which also trains future instructors. It operates from two sites in L'Épine: the sea base at Port du Morin, south dyke, near La Bosse beach, and the École des Perles, a sheltered marsh water body (1 rue Louis Brien), where children from age 4 discover sailing.

The offer ranges from discovery sessions to improvement and performance courses: Jardin des Mers then Optimist for children, stand up paddle, kayak and windsurfing, catamaran, kitesurfing, wingfoiling and e-foil. It also includes aquatic walking (longe-côte), open to everyone and practised all year, family or friends rental, and group and seminar bookings.

Instruction is provided by state-qualified professionals who specialise in each discipline. The school also organises sport catamaran raids around the island with a bivouac, including two weekends announced for June 2026.
