School Presentation
Lost Surf School is based in the hut on the Agréou beach in Seignosse, north of the Penon beach, on a sandbank known for the quality of its waves. The atmosphere is family-friendly and relaxed. The team includes Pierre, Cécile and Baptiste; the school is a partner of the French Surfing Federation and the Seignosse tourist office, and displays the Qualité Tourisme and Tourisme Durable labels.
It offers discovery sessions, surf courses of 2 to 6 days, private lessons for one to four people with personalised coaching, a children's course ("Tikiwis" formula for ages 5-7) and group and works-council stays on quote, for beginners and confirmed surfers alike.
Rental ranges from foam beginner boards to performance boards (Lost Surfboard carbon), plus bodyboards, fins, wetsuits and stand up paddle. Booking is by phone or email all year, or on site in July-August; off-season, lessons take place when conditions allow, notably during school holidays. The 2026 season is ending and the hut returns in April 2027.
