WaGaLiGong Dulan Surf & SUP House & Bar

WaGaLiGong is a hostel, surf, SUP and windsurf centre, shop and bar in Dulan, Taitung County, on Taiwan's east coast, a stone's throw from the village's old sugar factory on Highway 11.

The centre gives surf lessons for first-timers and for surfers who want to improve, runs surf tours and outings, and rents surfboards, SUP boards and windsurf gear. It also offers SUP lessons and tours, and windsurf downwinders along the coast. Anyone renting a board gets a free shuttle to and from Dulan Beach (a 3-minute drive).

The shop sells the house T-shirts and caps, Ion wetsuits, Hurley boardshorts, wax, fins and leashes, and helps people sell used boards on commission. The hostel has private rooms, dorms and rooftop camping, with free wifi, bicycles and a light breakfast for guests.
