Constant Wind Sea Sports Centre is a sea sports centre located at the NSRCC Sea Sports Centre off Changi Coast Road, in the east of Singapore. The company, Constant Wind Pte Ltd, has been registered in Singapore since 10 March 2000.
The centre is both a sailing school and a specialist shop. It runs beginner courses in wing foiling, windsurfing, sailing and stand-up paddling, and offers rentals and online booking.
The pro shop sells sailing, windsurfing, wing foiling and paddle equipment, on site and online, with brands such as JP Australia, NeilPryde and SIC. The centre also hosts events, including the Singapore Open windsurfing and foiling championship and the 2025 SUP race series, and a Singaporean restaurant operates on site.
