Panama Surf School

Panama Surf School is a surf school in El Palmar, in the San Carlos district on the Pacific coast, about an hour and a half from Panama City. It was founded by Flor Villareal, a surfer from Mar del Plata; the school settled on 4th Street in El Palmar in 2009, and former national champion Tao sometimes joins the coaching team.

Surf lessons are open to all ages and levels, from beginners to advanced surfers. Equipment is provided on site: boards in several sizes (foam, fiberglass, epoxy), stand-up paddle boards and bodyboards.

The team speaks English, Spanish and French. On site: umbrellas, showers, restrooms, changing rooms, light meals, a small surf shop and free parking, easy to spot thanks to the surfboards decorating the street.
