Dawn Patrol Bali Surf School

Dawn Patrol Bali is a surf school based on Balangan Beach, on the southern Bukit Peninsula. It was founded by Akaa Maulana, an instructor born in Java and living in Bali, who taught for years in an accredited Bali surf school before opening his own.

The school welcomes all levels: beginners and children taking their first lessons, plus intermediate and advanced surfers looking for guiding on the island's reef and beach breaks. Lessons run as private 1:1, semi-private or small groups of three to four, with 3, 5 and 7-day packages.

The team also offers hotel transport, photography, board rental, an on-site cafe, and surf trips around Bali and to nearby islands, depending on the day's conditions.
