Caribbean Riders Kite School

Caribbean Riders Kite School teaches kitesurfing and wing foiling on Varadero beach in Cuba. Lessons suit first-timers and advanced riders alike, with certified local instructors and all gear included.

Lessons start from the beach at Calle 38, next to Hotel Los Delfines, which also serves as the base for gear storage and repairs. Depending on the wind direction, the team can also teach at La Punta, at the eastern tip of the peninsula near La Marina Varadero. Both spots have a wide sandy beach and a sandy bottom, with no rocks or reef in the teaching areas.

The programme includes a 3-hour introductory lesson, a 9-hour full course over 3 days to reach independence, and a 6-hour wing foil course. The school also rents gear and runs downwinders. The east and north-east trade wind blows most strongly from November to April.
