Tiligul Club

Tiligul Club is a beach resort set on a sand spit of the Tylihul estuary, near the village of Ukrainka in the Mykolaiv region. It combines a beach area with loungers and pergolas, a glamping site, a cafe-bar and a kitesurfing school.

The estuary offers a large stretch of flat water, steady thermal winds and the club's own weather station, which suits beginners as well as riders looking to progress. The school advertises instructors at IKO/VDWS level and a structured teaching programme.

The offer includes a 10-hour full course, one-hour private lessons and kite and board rental by the hour or for three hours. Wing foil and paddle equipment is also available on site. The club provides showers, toilets, a cafe and parking.

The school runs daily depending on the wind forecast; booking ahead is advised as beginner groups are limited (information from the website, June 2025).
