Varna Surf

Varna Surf is a windsurf club on the Fishermen's beach (Ribarski plazh, also called "Kubo") in Varna, on the Black Sea. Windsurfing, stand up paddle and kayaking are on offer.

The website describes the beach as well suited to learning: long, shallow, relatively calm and sheltered from swell. An instructor can teach the basics in a few hours; the minimum age is 8 and swimming ability is not required. Guests only need swimwear and preferably a UV rash vest: the rest of the equipment is provided.

The club rents windsurf gear, double and single kayaks and RRD stand up paddle boards. A lesson hour lasts 60 minutes or slightly more. Outside summer, activities run by advance booking.
