Barnzey Water Sports teaches wing foiling, kiteboarding and hydrofoiling on the Central Coast and Lake Macquarie in New South Wales. Lessons run every day with all gear included and Kiteboarding Australia accredited instructors, for complete beginners through to advanced riders.
Lessons take place at several spots: the Central Coast, with flat water ideal for learning and the Box Head beach known for its foiling waves, and Lake Macquarie, a calm lake suited to beginners. The spot is chosen on the day according to wind, swell and the student's level.
In wingfoiling, beginners start with land-based wing handling before moving to the water. Intermediate lessons cover water starts, riding upwind, tacking and gybing; advanced coaching covers foil control, jumping and wave riding.
