KAZE (Wakayama Marine Sports Club) is a windsurfing, wing foiling and SUP school and rental centre in Kemi, Wakayama, facing Hamanomiya beach, not far from Marina City.
For each discipline the school offers a 90-minute debut course, then intermediate lessons of half a day (about three hours) or a full day (five hours, lunch break included). For windsurfing, one-day private lessons with a support boat are also offered for course-racing progress. Gear, life jacket, hot shower, changing room, parking, insurance and tuition are included. A surcharge applies in July and August. In summer there is also a one-hour SUP session followed by a beach barbecue.
KAZE rents SUP boards, beginner and advanced windsurf gear, and foil windsurf gear. The website also lists a board-sharing subscription, a membership, after-sales service and a second-hand gear page.
