Go Kite Asia

Go Kite Asia is the Thai branch of Go Kite, a European kitesurf travel agency with several destinations worldwide. The school and main shop are in Pak Nam Pran (Pranburi), on the beach road towards Khao Kalok, next to Baan Pran Resort. The school also runs a seasonal base on Koh Phangan.

Kitesurf lessons range from a one-day discovery session to a full five-day package to become independent, plus freestyle, wave and foil clinics. Instructors are presented as internationally certified and teach with radio helmets. The spot is a long sandy beach with a shallow teaching area, small lagoons and open sea.

Rental gear is Airush, with kites from 6 to 17 m and a wide choice of boards. The school also offers wing foiling with Starboard and AK equipment and Airush Freewing wings, for lessons and rental, as well as gear storage and beach supervision.

Pranburi season: north-east monsoon from October to January, then south wind from February to May, which the school describes as the best period.
