Institute of Froth

Institute of Froth is a surf school on the Central Coast, north of Sydney. It presents itself as the only school in the area with permits to teach at both North Avoca and Terrigal beaches, so it can pick the best waves for the day's conditions.

It offers private and small-group lessons for kids from age 5, adults, families, couples and friends, one-off or ongoing lessons, and after-school programs. Instructors are Surfing Australia accredited, the school is affiliated with Surfing NSW, and NSW Government Active Kids vouchers are accepted.
