Surf Shack is a surf shop in Da Nang, founded in 2017, in the An Thuong area. It stocks accessories such as wax, surfboards and wetsuits, and has a wide range of rentals, from soft boards to FireWire surfboards.
The shop also gives surf and stand-up paddle lessons in small groups of one instructor for three or four participants. Board and towel are provided, and there is a shower, a rest area and lockers. It also runs surf tours.
From September to April, waves come from the northern monsoon, from waist-high to overhead; from May to August they are small and gentle. Stand-up paddle is offered only from June to August, on flat days.
