Port Macquarie Surf School

Port Macquarie Surf School has been giving surf lessons in Port Macquarie since 1981 and describes itself as the town's original surf school. A licensed Surfing Australia surf school, it teaches seven days a week all year round, with Huddo as the lead coach.

It offers group and private lessons for beginners, intermediates and high-performance surfers, a program for 5 to 12 year olds (SurfGroms), before and after school sessions, surf camps, a Marine Discovery day, a program tailored to autistic children and beach birthday parties. Soft boards, wetsuits and rash vests are supplied. A shop and hire service complete the offering.
