Kangaroo Kite Peru

Kangaroo Kite is a family-run kitesurf and wing foil school founded in 2014 on Paracas Bay, about 260 km south of Lima. The bay offers flat, shallow water for around a hundred metres, a sandy bottom and steady thermal wind.

The school teaches kitesurfing (IKO certified) and wing foiling (IWO certified), in private or small-group lessons, with multilingual instructors, radio communication with the student and a rescue boat; wing lessons are followed from a boat. It also rents kite and wing gear, runs group or tailor-made camps, guided trips in the Paracas National Reserve and can advise on accommodation.

The beach base has a sheltered chill-out area, wifi, hot showers, changing rooms, toilets, an air compressor and gear storage. The most reliable season runs from mid-September to the end of April; the school stays open all year.
