SAFA Surf & Yoga Camp is a surf school and beachfront camp right on the beach at Arugam Bay, on Sri Lanka's east coast. It has been locally owned since 2010 and is run by Fawas Lafeer, Secretary General of the Surfing Federation of Sri Lanka and an ISA-certified coach.
The programme combines two surf lessons a day, theory sessions with video analysis, daily yoga and Sri Lankan meals. Levels range from complete beginners to surfers looking to progress. Excursions round out the stay, including a river lagoon tour and overnight beach camping.
Packages include accommodation in beachfront bungalows.
