School Presentation

Sardina Surf Camp is a locally owned, family-run surf camp in Popoyo on Nicaragua's Pacific coast, close to the area's best breaks (Sardina, Popoyo, El Rastral, El Peñón, Manzanillo). The surf school is led by co-founder and head coach Erol Lopez with a team of ISA-certified instructors.

It offers group and private lessons, packages and guided trips with local surfers to find the quieter waves. A graduate program also trains young surf guides from the community.

The camp rents handcrafted solar-powered cabins. On site, the Sardina Surf Shop & Café sells local coffee, juice and surf essentials, including preloved gear.
