Airzone Kitesurf School NZ

Airzone Kitesurf School is a small kitesurf school on the Karikari Peninsula in New Zealand's Far North, between the Bay of Islands and Ninety Mile Beach. Founders Zoe and Berny have been teaching for over twenty years and do nothing but kitesurfing; they deliberately keep the school small so they can focus on each student.

Lessons run at Rangiputa Beach and Tokerau Beach depending on wind direction, with the meeting point confirmed on the day. Choose a one, two or three day beginner course, or carry on from whatever level you have reached. The school also teaches wing surfing and wing foiling, runs camps and holidays, and offers IKO instructor courses.

Airzone describes itself as the only IKO Plus School – Pro Center in New Zealand, the highest level of the IKO scheme. All equipment is provided, including wetsuits and safety gear.
