Boukan Guinguette - école de kitesurf

Boukan Guinguette is an eco-tourism site on Raisinier beach, in Môle Saint-Nicolas at Haiti's north-western tip: bungalows, a bar-restaurant and a kitesurfing centre. The site describes itself as the first and only kitesurf school in the country.

The bay is sheltered, with no big waves, and the wind blows all year according to the site. Kites from 5 to 12 m² can be rented (for intermediate and advanced riders) along with twin-tips, surf strapless boards or foils, and there is a downwinder across the bay of about 5 km.

The centre is part of the One Launch Kiteboarding network and works with Core Kiteboarding (Canada) as its kite partner. Guests can stay on site in bungalows inspired by local architecture.
