School Presentation
Kitesurf Cayman is Grand Cayman's kitesurfing school, operating since 2009 in Barkers National Park in West Bay. It was launched by Walter Fajette and Neil Galway and is now in its 16th season.
Lessons take place at Barkers Beach in calm shallow water (beginners learn waist deep), with support staff and a support boat. The school gives private, semi-private and advanced lessons, the latter with radio helmets for live coaching. It also teaches windsurfing and wing foiling, and rents equipment including hydrofoils.
Gear comes from a local partner, Waterman Cayman Surf Co. The kite season runs from 1 November to mid-July.
