School Presentation

Vela Baja Watersports is a watersports centre in front of the Hotel Playa del Sol on the beach in Los Barriles, Baja California Sur. It says it has been operating in Mexico since 1988.

It offers lessons, gear rental and guided outings in windsurfing, kitesurfing and wing foiling, as well as paddleboarding, kayaking and biking activities. A sports package is available for guests of the Playa del Sol and Palmas de Cortez hotels (three nights minimum), with accommodation and airport transfers.

The centre opens daily from 9 am to 5 pm during the winter season, from 15 November to 15 March (2026-2027 season).
