40Knots Kitesurf School Antigua

40knots is a kitesurfing, wing foiling and SUP school operating from the north beach of Green Island, at the mouth of Nonsuch Bay in south-east Antigua. The spot is reachable only by boat, and a pick-up can be booked from the school's meeting points.

The bay is sheltered by an outer reef that keeps the water flat while the trade winds blow steadily across the riding area. Each kitesurf and wing foil instructor teaches from a dinghy, staying close to the student in the water.

Advance booking is recommended because places are limited.
